Ingredients:
- 1 tsp ceremonial matcha π΅
- 200ml hot milk or plant-based milk π±
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup π―
- A pinch of cinnamon for a festive touch β¨
- Sift the matcha into a bowl.
- Add a small amount of hot water (70-75Β°C) and whisk until frothy.
- Heat the milk, froth it, and pour it into the matcha.
- Sweeten with honey or maple syrup, sprinkle cinnamon on top, and enjoy the holiday vibes! π₯°
These cookies are easy to make and bring a cheerful green touch to your holiday table. Perfect for sharing with loved ones or gifting! π
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour πΎ
- 1 tbsp matcha powder π΅
- 1/2 cup (100g) sugar
- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened π§
- 1 egg π₯
- 1 tsp vanilla extract β¨
- Preheat your oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the flour and matcha powder until well combined.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture to form a dough.
- Roll the dough into small balls, flatten slightly, and place on the baking tray.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool before serving.
